Clients can receive photo boards, floorplans, and important information needed to finish the project themselves. This provides clients on a budget the ability to get a designer look for less.
Finish Specification
We also offer clients the opportunity to work hands on with us in the building process by specifying tile, flooring, counter top materials, lighting, and plumbing. Pinewood Design and Company offers space planning services to revise floorplans to suit the clients needs and identify areas within the residence of architectural and visual significance. In addition, corresponding elevations can be drawn to communicate the client’s design choices to the contractor.
