This 1940’s era cottage was the perfect background to create a warm and inviting space for two newlyweds. The client was passed down old doors from a sharecropper’s cottage located on her family’s land. Pinewood Design and Company was able to create a design that allowed one of the doors to become a cocktail table in their living room. The other was used as a headboard in the guest room. The warm wood tones, light colored furnishings, and floral accents create a space that reflects the natural character of the home’s architecture.
